Changed my laptop battery here yesterday and the staff who attended to me explained the different types of batteries, eg oem, original etc. Even showed me how bad some battery types can affect touch pad when batteries expand. Showed me where to change my dying screen in the future and got advise not to stuff my laptop bag with anything other than a laptop n cable. Otherwise, the screen gets compromised. Thanks a lot!
Bought a HP laptop from this authorised shop. A salesperson named Ah Yong had been extraordinary and gone beyond norm. Patiently explained and giving us tips and tricks while setting up the laptop. This experience has lead me to think that buying from a shop is some sort better than buying online at times.
